Company Profile
Founded in 2005, Rubicon International Offshore was acquired by Sebrina Holdings and began as an oilfield service company offering production solutions for small to medium-sized offshore oilfields.
Over the years, it has evolved into a leading provider, successfully completing eight FPSO/FSO projects, including conversions, upgrades, and redeployments. Managed by experienced professionals, Rubicon specializes in efficient and cost-effective production operations for offshore oil and gas fields in both shallow and deep water environments. Rubicon International Offshore was then rebranded into Rubicon Marine.
Headquartered in Singapore, Rubicon operates globally to meet the diverse needs of its clients. Rubicon Marine is dedicated to owning and operating a fleet of vessels for production, transportation and storage. Our mission is to provide efficient, reliable, and environmentally sustainable solutions, with a strong focus on safety and quality.
